Started with 1.5" x .25" square tubing, welded bushings on one end, and threaded bushings on the other end. I used the factory brackets I had cut off my TJ from an earlier project to mount the bars to the frame.

why did you mount the bars on the front side of the axle tube instead of the bottom of it?

I'm asking because I have seen bars that are mounted not from the 90 degree point or to the rear on that point rotate & worse then that hop like a .....
Hope it works though

Sorry, have not been on here in a while. I mounted them on the front of the axle instead of underneath because I wanted to keep the bars as close to parallel with the frame in order to keep the suspension travel and ride quality. I have zero axle wrap and I wouldn't do it any other way because it did not change my ride quality at all.
