It was a good show! Nice to see B&B out there again. Looks like most of us have some work to do this week. Cant wait to get together again for Inverness.

This accident actually happened before the pull. It was Robby and Jerry (Silver Chevy Step-side & White Chevy Longbed) They Slowed to a stop and the SUV behind them didnt! All three passengers in the SUV were flown by helicopter to the Hospital. (Mother & two children) A 4yr old child didnt make it and the others are still in very bad shape. The Pull truck on the back of the trailer was totaled and the impact broke the gooseneck hitch and shoved the trailer into the back of the cab.
Robby & Jerry are shook-up but otherwise OK. Please keep this mother, child and their family in your prayers!
Very Very Sad!
HammerDownHauling 01-26-2010, 12:29 AM UPDATE! no deaths bad info from paramedics! all three still badly injured & critical please continue to pray.
DirtyDually 01-26-2010, 11:42 AM Sorry to hear about the accident!
But... I was at the pull last weekend and i must say that was alot of fun!
I have never pulled a sled before, it was definately a learning experience.
My truck was 8090lbs so I got stuck in the "RUN what You Brung" class and had to run almost dead last.
I plan to start pulling, at least whenever you guys come back to PBIR. My house and shop are about 5 min. from the track!
I have a lot to learn, but I can say that I am addicted after one pull!
I look forward to meeting more of you guys and really enjoyed the event!
Welcome to TPP!!! Thank you for coming out and pulling with us. We all started somewhere! You couldve taken your tailgate off or spare tire or both and probably made weight!?!?
Which truck were you? One of the duallies I suppose?
We sometimes pull in Brighton as well so check back regularly.

I drove it around all day Sat. before the race trying to give it a chance to break in a bit before I was so cruel to it.
DirtyDually 01-27-2010, 12:04 AM yeah i noticed I was tempted to stop but then i figured.... Ive been mean to my truck its whole life why stop now???
DirtyDually 01-27-2010, 12:06 AM I also just put Cognito uppers and HD tie rods on her, but did not get it aligned before the pull.

I think I will also drop the front end next time, I have alot to learn but I am excited to do so
