a half is probly around 250 lbs or so.
you would get all the various cuts wrapped and ready to be picked up at my house.
im growin it on my property w/o any chemicals or drugs of any kind. they eat only grass and the citrus pellets i use for management purposes.
just throwin this out there to see what kind of interest i get before i go crazy makin arrangements

Would you do one of mine? I am about ready to pin one, but, first need to find some one that can carve it up and wrap it. I could even bring it to you.

depends on the size of the animal obviously...but our halves go bout 350 per hangin wieght. youll lose a bit more after final cuts but typically you can expect to take home bout 300lbs actual meat
