Finally made me a hitch just for pulling. Not the best looking, but I think it will evolve into something better....atleast better looking :pound: Bought this http://shop.easternmarine.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=catalog.prodInfo&productID=5769&categoryID=219 . Welded it onto a solid 2" receiver. Paint is drying now, so I will get pics up later:thumb:

No :pound: They just came with ring.

I am going to make another hitch tomorrow, found a local place I can buy something heavier, with a 10T limit instead of this 7T. Also going to build it closer to the bumper.

Look's good Wayne. Try to build it as far away from the bumper as you can. It gives the hookman more room back there:pound:

B&B? That look's superior.......... Those welds are marginal. You will need Train power to test those.

Mitch, that looks pretty stout.

Oh it's plenty stout and as you can see, has fine adjustment on height. it is a nice design.

A guy sells them locally and several around here have made their own. I know he used to sell them too cheap but I'd say his price has gone up a good bit.

If someone is interested in getting one of these, let me know and I'll get you the contact info. :D
