Well i went and put a SUPER CHIPS program in my LB7 today and put her on MAX feels good,:Dstill going to get PPE HOT + 2 in the near future when $ allows.I was wondering being new to DIESEL POWER why my truck hesitates before going into 2nd and 3rd at full throttle.Ive been told it's defueling so to protect the trans?.It falls on it's face but if i 3/4 throttle it, it's not as bad.I was wondering if that hesitation is presant while pulling the sled, and lf that was going to give me trouble or not.Is there a way to stop it from falling on it's face. THANK'S for all the answers they have been a big help.I'm glad mike told me about the pulling place.Thank's again Dave.

It will defuel because it's in the program to defuel. Hot + 2 does NOT defuel. You'd have to hook it to a sled or simulate that to see how much it will affect you. My current tune has defueling in it. it's a little easier on parts :d

Easier on parts always sounds good to me, So i guess it's not a bad thing. Thank's again.

That is the HUGE difference between a can tune & what you can do with EFI Live. I have not run the same tune in the last 4 pulls :D

Yes when @ wot going down the drag strip with a stock tranny its easier on tranny. But defuel has a big roll in rather u win a sled pull or u dont. dont it Todd:eek::D
