Yep, the wife's truck with a little over 200K miles got bit and this isn't the first transfer case in this truck according to the previous owner. :(

My plan of action is to pull the transfer case, try to seal up the hole with JB Weld and put Eric's pump rub kit in it. I'd use one of the other cheaper options but Eric's is a more rigid setup and should help keep the pump positioned and rigid a little better than the other fix methods.

I'll take pics when I get around to doing this.


I'll be using one of the cheaper kits to fix mine before it rubs through on me. I gotta pull mine anyways cause I've got a leak to track down.
