We will still only run two diesel classes at your events so really nothing has changed we just needed finalization of the classes. The stock class and then what ever pans out for the aftermarket turbo class. Hopfully most don't build bigger than a 2.6" sized turbo because of $$$ to build those trucks. But if some do Randi and I will run the non stock class next year which ever class it ends up. This is my understanding. This will also help out at the special events like the "ALL DIESEL PULL" we wont have to make classes/rules every year.

I think we need 1 class in all of are pulls that gas can compete against diesel if they want to. Say a pull at the end of the event. I think fans will stay a little longer because it will give them something to look foward to. What do u say guys??

That has been outlaw this year but I would advise not to speculate as to the classes for SFTP for next year. The posted 2009 rules are not for SFTP, they could be but that is totally Keith's call...nobody else.

I have stepped back for this exact reason you stated. Nobody except Keith knows what the rules are gonna be for next year. There are no set rules to build by for 2009. Be careful unless you have deep pockets, sure would SUCK to build it twice :eek:

Yes Zellwood & Inverness have AWESOME tracks. Mt Dora has a track also

I heard about a possible Gas vs Diesel thing but it was mentioned something like 3 teams of 4 trucks, 100 per truck winning team takes all. I know nothing else about it though. Depending on where it's at matters. My vote goes to have it in Inverness, nice track, Haggar brings his sled down 300' covered track. They have a 3 day event up there in January that's pretty big.
Keep in mind I have no vote though :D
