I have been busy with my damn tranny. Its a little more involved than I thought. I started the 12v friday to make sure it still runs. LOL I will get you those pics before I die.

it was my relief valve. Was loose and missing a o-ring. seems to be working fine. i got a few different tunes from BD to run this thursday.

there is a test and tune but there is a big race. we are going but not sure about racing. definately gonna be some nice turbo'd rides! I heard they are pushing for the 6.50 range.....

oh yeah,,,,these are pretty serious cars. if you were planning on testin tunin itll be a long slow process im sure...but watchin oughtta be good

btw...i think theyre only running 1/8 mi for the race. so 6.50 aint all that. but they are still some pretty serious street car stuff

thanks...the truck ran very good. this new tune is awesome and the cooler weather worked out also. I dont know what to do to get my 60' down. the 1/8 was down in the 7.8's finally and the mph went up 5-6mph but its still a dog outta the hole!

launch harder:D 4wd and to the floor right before green works for me.

the truck just wont pull good 60's. i've launched hard...soft..in between. maybe a little shot of NOS might get me outta the whole :D

Dave is still running with torque management on.. When he turned it off before, he broke his output shaft.. That's why his 60's aren't quicker compared to his times..

maybe i could get him to tow me down the track...bout the only way my trucks gonna see a 14 sec pass

NOS is for quiters im my view if you cant do it with just fuel then why do it at all.

Edged, who are you? How fast have you been? I too had the "diesel only" mentality until I tried it.. Instead of saying NOS is for quiters, you need to show YOU can run respectable numbers on diesel only.. Sorry for my rant fellas, but a newbie needs to pay his dues before making comments about those that have put a lot of work into their rides for a long time..

I havent been to a quarter mile track yet but in immokalee i ran a 7.46 in the 1/8th thats the best i have ever done. Oh im not a newbe iv been in the diesel field for about 8 years now. Im only 22 and i know i still have alot to learn. Yes iv used NOS but only to spray on the intercooler because i was running really hot that day and the next race wouldent ahve given me enough time to cool down.

Agree but I also have to disagree just a little with you :p If it was that easy there would be a bunch around & there aren't :D I know it can be done but with the mods "I" thought he had, that is a big step. I may be way off base with what I thought he had. No bash either way, let me know when he comes up cause I'd like to watch also.

With mods to run like that & all the HP he should be out pulling against Mike :p

That's kinda what I'm saying. I had no clue he had that kinda money in that truck to run like that. I saw a post where he wanted twins but was still kinda stock or I thought that anyway. I'm trying to get 12.0's, 11.9 with mine. Gaining on it just can't make it to the track every week :(

Ill go to the track when i get my new parts in im working on a twins right now. I have about $15,000 in my motor before i blew it up last year. when to school and im starting work on it again now. This ones going to take awhile though not having a job is hurting me right no. Twins p-pump and some other thangs are coming now. But the NOS thang i dont like NOS I want to make a powerful truck WITH OUT IT. then when i need more ill put it in but im an all motor fan. I dont hate NOS i have it on my raptor. Here is from last year when i blew it up.

It was nice seeing the turnout at the track last night. I have to send my turbo back to HTT. They said my problem had been common on the stainless series turbos, but they will fix it for free. That screws me for gainesville though.. Looks like I may just be a passenger with someone. Anyway...

I expected Bobby's truck to run well.. I had seen it run before.. Mike's truck really impressed me for having a stock appearing turbo. Dave, i hope you enjoyed the big beers i brought ya.. haha...
