I wanted to get into diesel truck pulling so I went to my first event at Wauchula in December 2006. After watching the diesel class pull I knew I had to do this. At the end of the pull I said "next time I will be down in the dirt". The next pull was January 2007 back at Wauchula. I went for my first time, I was so nervous and excited, the day had finally come. My first pull and I got a full pull. I got a bye for the next round. Then the pull off, I was so pumped I never was sure what place I even got. Somewhere around 5th or 6th I think, it didnt matter. Since then I have never missed a pull unless more than one was scheduled at the same time. So for me I love to pull in Wauchula and always look forward to going back.
