I'm needing a few testers for some minor changes I want to make in my header setup. If you're interested in getting a set of headers for a discount and don't mind getting your hands dirty then please PM me. Thanks!

Rick i will be building an engine March - April time frame. it will have stage 2 heads from SoCal, full bottom end, dual fuelers, turbo is undecided but at the moment i am thinking about a GT42 or GT42Mag. Dustin and Winston at Diesel Addiction will be doing the build and will have a little more info on the specs of the engine. i know Dustin just installed a set of yours. let me know if what i will be doing is something you may want to try out. but like i said it wont be for a few months.

To qualify you MUST drive your truck daily, make at least 40 pounds of boost
at WOT, make at least 1600 degrees egt on a regular basis, and make approximately
600 HP or more. You must also be willing to install and remove the headers
multiple times if needed and ship them back to me as needed.

Rick,
Just saw this. We have a DMax LLY in one of our engine dyno test cells at the present time. If you would like some real data, temps, pressures, A-B comparos, etc. Let me know. We could run the data for you while we are working on some calibration and component development with this engine.

Where are you located? Is it a stock motor?

We are in northern Indiana. Yes it is a stock motor.

Send me a proposal. Probably need 6 hours total. Will I be able to do the parts swap myself?

Since we are currently doing calibration development on the dyno; we would gladly incorporate your header testing with the work we are already doing at no cost.

Yes you are welcome to make the hardware changes yourself to help control costs.

If you would like to make a donation for fuel and the development of an engineering report of the dyno data; we would, of course, welcome that.

We are interested in your project and helping your further your developnment if we can. We continue to look for ways to participate in morotsports projects. If we can provide you with meaningful development data, we hope you will tell your industry friends about our services.

I have openings for 4 testers. They will be testing a new ceramic coating on mild steel headers and up pipes. PM me if you're interested.
