What is the "snow" you speak of?

1) It's white
2) People can't drive in it and crash all over the place
3) It's cold
4) It melts and makes a mess
5) It melts sometimes during the day and refreezes during the night (then refer to 2)
6) They use sand w/salt, calcium chloride crystals and or calcium chloride liquid to keep the roads clear and prevent that icing thing...this stuff is equivalent to driving your vehicle into the ocean or gulf everyday.
