It's not that big of a deal. Back when I started riding we did not have those little bikes. Crap I started out on a hodaka 90. I was 5 years old, not big enough to kick it over or big enough to reach the ground. My dad would start it. I would crawl on form the step on the porch and away I'd go. No helmet no safety gear. Boy how things have changed. Looking back there were some real questionable parental choices in my childhood. But hey I made it through and I'm okay. :pound::pound:

I meant the putting kids on bigger bikes. Not what the gov't is doing.

That is true, I seem to be one of the newer generation of questionable parental decision makers, so my kid would probably have ended up with a "too Big" for him bike anyway:bounce:! my first "big boy toy" was a honda 250 race quad, and I believe that I was about 6. Hell on the farm I started drivin the truck alone at about 9. Wow, Perhaps "good" decisions don't run in my genes, Oh Well.:D

Where do these kids get the money to buy motorcycles anyway? Are they selling drugs in elementary school now?
