the cab can come off in a little less than 2 hrs...

the cab can come off in a little less than 2 hrs if you have a lift, not that hard to do just allot of little detailed stuff to unbolt and tie to the cab before you lift it.

Yea the fuel system. wire harness ECM, IDM, and everything would have to swap over including the dash cluster. You would be putting everything from an OBDII truck into one that was before OBDII

You can use 4 link with leaf springs and even solid ladder bars, the eazy way is to make the ladder bars solid to the axle and make slip rings for the axle housing to rotate freely in on the spring...
