new guy on the block
Hey everyone. I hope I won"t offend anyone but I'm building a gasser. Ford F250
460 stoker. I can build the engine. I have plenty of experience in that. But the drive line. Not sure what's going to work and what 's going to break. Thus me being the new guy. I need some help. Looking at about 750HP, I have the stock e4od trans and stock transfer case. I know those parts will break but what can be done to prevent this. Is C6 the way to go. I have no idea about the transfer case. I have some ladder bars, lifted in the rear, with stoppers. stock 4 10 rear end. I know all these things will need attention but have no idea were to get parts or for that matter what parts to buy. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance. I thought too that maybe this is the wrong site as everything seems to be diesel. If that's the case please point me in the right direction. thanks again. Steve |
