EGR Cooler Failure
Lindsay's Dad's truck. 2005 6.0. Hauling 5K lbs of tile from Lakeland to Vero Beach. Popped the EGR cooler in Lake Wales yesterday about lunch time. Good thing they only had two pallets on the trailer. It barely fit. GN is 24' overall. Truck has just over 100,000 miles on it. This is the first problem he has had with it. Going to put a RCD Delete Kit on it.

May as well do the oil cooler and updated HPOP screen and HPOP fitting while you are in there.
It's good insurance. My 04 has been flawless Paul
