Default reducing weight

I need to loose a little weight to get my '97 F350 into a 5500lb stock class. would removing the front sway bar have any negative affects for pulling?

shouldnt hurt anything. not like your cornering!pull your bumpers...replace them with light pcv bumpers for the pull.....we need to retain dot rules...but it doesnt say what kind of bumper...i saved 150 lbs by dropping them.

Default follow these steps

There are many ways to reduce weight over the internet, but I will suggest you avoid fast foods and walk at least 4-5 KM every day especially after dinner and before bed. you will see the big difference after 90 days. Before starting this practice note down your current weight.

That looks tough but its surely worth it.
And taking enough water is so essential not to be left in the process.
